The implication is that someone deliberately brought the strain over here -- and if that's true, it's likely to be a radical Muslim, right? That's the most logical choice. But I can already see how some of the conspiracy websites are going to play this one: "It's an Israeli strain! It must be those Jews again, trying to bring down the U.S."
