New Baby

We had a new baby Thursday night: Helena Grace Buck. (Yes, that means we have two babies that are less than 8 months apart, due to our adoption of Jonathan last year --- right before finding out that my wife was pregnant.) It was an easy delivery, if I might venture to say so. Helena is 6 pounds, 4 ounces, and 20 inches long.¹ We just came home from the hospital, and everyone is doing just wonderfully.


¹Humans always seem to be curious about such statistics for some reason. Does everyone ask how heavy and long my 5-year-old is? No.
